I don't think that anybody would have realistically guessed a $399 ps4. No suprise can top that this year, not even the Battlefront announcement. The value and support is too good. The best part is that we have no clue what Media Molocule, Naughty Dog and sonys other ps4 studios are bringing to the table. The ps4 is going to be barraged with aaa games in 14-15.
Not everyone is a 33 year old dude that casually buys a few games a year new. A lot of todays gamers rely on used or loaned games to get their experiences. Ms's new requirements basically alienates these gamers. Please think outside of yourself.
Sony has my purchase, I'm already letting friends and family know that the $500 xbone is DOA and that Sony is representing console gaming in its purest form (no drm, true disk ownership, ect. ect.). Even the gamestop dudes laughed off the bone when I asked them about it last week.
Its a whole new environment this gen, its awesome that ms showed what have always been their true colors. No more fooling gamers.

I have the feeling that most people buy nintendo consoles to play nintendo published games first and foremost. These early third party deals are simply there to give you an option. Once your zeldas and marios and mario karts and mario partys are all released I think nintendo will be pleased. Those are the games that matter to ninty.
I like the enthusiam and ambition on the devs parts. Ubi could've easily rehashed ac3 this year but are instead making a seamless open world game based on boats and pirates. That makes me feel like they are somewhat listening to the fans.
Referring to edge as a legend is comparable to calling lil wayne an artist. I wish wwe didn't set such a low bar that all it takes to be a hall of famer is a "legit" retirement.
I have to work at 10 but here I am awake at six and I just finished playing for the night. I haven't had a single player game keep me awake like that since dark souls. Congrats to the devs for its acclaimed success.
It would be clever of Vince to buy the San Diego team(all stars team not smackdown team) and dubbed them WWE Games. All Stars is clearly the direction that fans prefer as well as the cheaper game to produce not to mention that a sequel was already underway.
Omg, I had this game on my 3d0 along with a few other light gun games. This will be super nostalgic. Let's see drug wars and twisted: the game show next!
Well, I guess our chances for an all stars 2 are completely in the toilet. Though hopefully the next game will be more progressive and less regressive with a new publisher and all.

Omg I I can't believe its almost here! I will be playing this gem for years. This is the closest to a new aaa battlefront game we'll probably ever get.
As a huge fan of warhawk, starhawk is my most anticipated. Sony fans are most definitely spoiled when it comes to aaa exclusives.

This is the first video game to come out in a long time that kept my girlfriend and I up until daybreak playing split screen together. Twisted Metal has a special fun factor that you just can't find anymore in my opinion. I hope everybody gives it a fair shot.
I was totes going to buy a bone but it looks like this is the beginning of the end of the xbox. Its not even launched and they are already backpeddling, taking out promised features trying to look comparable to the ps4. Even if they turn it in to a pure games console for nothing but games its still underpowered and $150 too expensive. Hopefully dead risings timed exclusivity is cut short.
